Instructions:
Ingredients:
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Medium Yellow Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Divided
- 2 1/4 Cups Beef Broth, Divided
- 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 8 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Liquefy the margarine in a huge skillet over medium-high warmth. Include the cut onions, one Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup of the meat stock to the skillet and mix to cover the onions.
- Keep cooking the onions, blending once in a while for 6-7 minutes until delicate and brilliant.
- Then, in a huge bowl include the ground hamburger, egg, 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Italian flavoring, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Utilize your hands or an enormous spoon to tenderly blend the hamburger blend until everything is all around joined.
- Structure the hamburger blend into 5 even balls, at that point straighten into patties, put aside on a plate or cutting board.
- When the onions have relaxed, hurry them to the side and add the patties to the skillet.
- Fry the patties for 4 minutes for each side, at that point, evacuate to a plate.
- Mix the onions around in the dish, at that point sprinkle the flour over the onions and cook, blending always for one moment.
- Gradually empty the rest of the meat juices into the skillet, blending continually and scratching any cooked bits from the base of the dish.
- Decrease the warmth to medium-low, and add the patties back to the container.
- Top every patty equally with the cheddar. Spread the skillet and stew for 6-8 additional minutes until cheddar is liquefied, sauce is thickened, and the meat is cooked through.
