Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz can dark beans, flushed and depleted 
  • 1 cup corn 1 enormous ear of sweet corn or 1 cup defrosted solidified corn 
  • 1 cup divided cherry or grape tomatoes 
  • 1 cup slashed red ringer pepper 
  • 1/2 cup slashed red onion 
  • 1/2 cup slashed cilantro 
  • Juice of 1/2 limes 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon fit salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon bean stew powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 1 enormous avocado hollowed, stripped, and cleaved

Instructions:

  1. In an enormous bowl, join dark beans, corn, tomatoes, red pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, stew powder, and cumin. 
  2. Mix to join. Tenderly mix in the avocado and season with extra salt, if fundamental. Serve.
