- 2 hard bubbled egg whites slashed
- 2 little avocados hollowed and stripped
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon crisp lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons slashed green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and naturally ground dark pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, join the hard bubbled eggs and egg whites, avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, green onion, and mustard. Crush with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
