Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 1 little onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 1/2 ounces minced meat
- Brace
- Minced Parsley
- 2.2 pounds pink potato
- 2 crude eggs + 2 cooked and minced eggs
- Sal
- Flour
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
- In a skillet, include a flood of olive oil and saute the minced onion. Following a couple of moments include the minced garlic. Saute until the garlic smell is discharged and put it in a safe spot.
- In a similar skillet, shower progressively olive oil and fry the meat until brilliant. Include the onion and the garlic, season with salt and parsley. Allow it to cool, include the minced eggs and blend.
- Cook the potatoes until they are exceptionally delicate.
- Strip and crush the potatoes with a fork potato or potato masher.
- Allow it to cool, include the eggs and season with salt. Blend well to frame a batter.
- Take a portion of the batter, open and fill it with the meat. Unite the batter over the meat and press immovably, shaping a round dumpling.
- Flour the dumplings and profound fry them in a container.
- Evacuate and channel on paper towels before serving.
