Ingredients:
- 2-3 salmon filets skin on (around 1 lb.)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. spread partitioned
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup white wine your preferred kind
- 2 tbsp. hacked parsley
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Cajun flavoring or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Season the salmon filets with salt, pepper, and Cajun flavoring.
- Warmth the oil in a medium, non-stick skillet over medium warmth. Cook the salmon filets tissue side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked exactly as you would prefer. When cooked, expel them from the dish and put in a safe spot.
- To a similar skillet, include 1 tablespoon of spread and garlic. Cook for 1 moment. Include the wine and cook for around 5 minutes, until it is diminished by the greater part.
- Mix in the rest of the margarine, parsley, lemon juice, and a spot of Cajun flavoring. Bring to a delicate stew.
- Return the salmon to the dish, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
